Dear Bandwagon Host Customer,
You are receiving this service alert because you have an active CN2 GIA VPS with us.
Previously we have sent out a notification that on March 26 we will be temporarily migrating all clients on CN2 GIA BETA plan over to our currently deployed CN2 GIS (GT) service.
We had estimated that it will take us 3-7 days to complete all required maintenance and migrate all clients back.
We have already completed all tasks, except for one: we had to have a new fiber run to our servers from China Telecom’s router. Originally we were promised 48 hour resolution time; unfortunately, this already took much longer than that, and we still do not have connectivity. Today we were promised this will be finally completed by 5:00PM on Monday, April 9 (Los Angeles time). However considering the delivery was already pushed back a few times, we would not want to give any firm promises.
After new fiber is operational (hopefully on Monday) we will only need 24 hours to transfer all clients back to CN2 GIA service.
We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and we hope for a quick resolution early next week.
